I. Product Overview:
ZW-UHZ-51D series anticorrosive magnetic tilting plate level gauge (PTFE: PTFE) is suitable for liquid level measurement in corrosive medium and high working temperature. It uses advanced stainless steel lining PTFE raw material into furnace and lining integrally, with reliable structure and long service life. It is the choice of liquid level measurement for corrosive medium with equal strength. Users can display in-situ digital signals and output standard teletransmission signals of 4-20mA according to engineering needs and cooperate with remote transmitters to meet the needs of recording instruments or industrial process control. It can also cooperate with magnetic control switch or proximity switch to monitor and alarm the liquid level or control the equipment of liquid inlet and outlet.
Tetrafluorine-lined anti-corrosion magnetic turning plate level gauge has reliable structure and long service life. It can be used for long-term measurement whether in liquid corrosion, gas corrosion or high temperature and high pressure. For some corrosive liquids with high viscosity and slow flow rate, our factory also specially designed and developed large-caliber drainage pipe level gauge to prevent blockage and high flow rate, and measure faster and more accurately.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), commonly known as Teflon, is the king of plastics. It can resist various corrosive liquids and organic solutions such as strong acid and alkali. Stainless steel lined with tetrafluoro anticorrosive magnetic turning plate level gauge is divided into side-mounted magnetic turning plate level gauge lined with tetrafluoro and top-mounted magnetic turning plate lined with tetrafluoro.
II. Working Principle:
1. Basic type
ZW-UHZ-51D anti-corrosive magnetic tilting plate level gauge is based on buoyancy principle. The float moves up and down along with the rise and fall of liquid level in the measuring tube. The magnetic steel in the float drives the red and white tilting columns to turn 180'liquid level up by magnetic coupling. When the tilting columns turn from white to red, and when they fall, the tilting columns turn from red to white, thus realizing the indication of liquid level.
2. Upper and Lower Limit Switch Output
The magnetic float moves with the liquid displacement to make the switching action on the setting position of the riser of the liquid level gauge to realize on-off control or alarm.
3. Teletransmission
A transmitter is installed on the magnetic tilting plate level gauge. The transmitter consists of two parts: sensor and converter. It moves up and down through magnetic float. Through magnetic coupling, the measuring elements in the catheter act in turn, and the resistance signal is changed. The standard current signal output of 0-10 or 4-20 mA is summoned to connect with digital display instrument or computer to realize remote display and control.
3. Application occasions:
ZW-UHZ-51D series anticorrosive magnetic plate level gauges are widely used in various kinds of liquid storage tanks, tanks, liquid storage tanks, reaction tanks, fermentation tanks, oilfields, liquefied gas, liquid hydrogen, strong acid and alkali liquids, weak acid and alkali liquids, power plant boiler drums, high and low addition, deaerator, drainage tank, high and low pressure heater of water return tank, condenser and so on. Measurement and display of liquid level, liquid level and interface between 1Cr8NitTi, 304+PTEE (polytetrafluoroethylene), 316L, PVC and PP compatible liquid media in main and other pressure vessels.

2. The measuring tube is completely separated from the liquid level display part, the liquid level transmitter and the alarm switch in terms of pressure and air resistance.
3. Working pressure range is wide, withstanding pressure from vacuum to 42 MPa.
4. Wide working temperature range, suitable for - 160 - 450 C.
5. Widely used for measuring liquid level of strong or weak corrosiveness, flammability, explosiveness, toxicity, strong radioactivity, agitation and dirty.
6. Dingyou magnetic alarm switch can be selected for each type to realize automatic control or alarm of high and low liquid level.
7. All models can be equipped with 4-20 mADC liquid level transmitter to realize remote centralized measurement and control.

6. System composition and wiring:
1. Upper and lower limit switch output:
It consists of a self-retaining tongue spring switch and a converter. The tongue spring switch and the converter are installed in the field and the control room respectively. The converter provides three pairs of contact switches.
2. Teletransmission:
It consists of measurement unit and transmission unit.
3. Intrinsically safe explosion-proof:
A-band intrinsically safe explosion-proof, upper and lower limit switch output type:
The explosion-proof switch consists of a tongue spring switch and a safety grille with relay contacts. It can provide a pair of normally open or normally closed contacts directly to users. Special designs can be ordered if users need more contacts. (Fig. three)
B-band intrinsically safe explosion-proof remote transmission type:
Suitable for class_electrical equipment (factory), class C gas, surface temperature group T4 (135 C).
C Use precautions:
The outer grounding of the transmitter housing is provided, and the user must be reliable grounding when using it.
(2) The use of safety grids should follow the relevant instructions.
(3) The connection cable between the transmitter and the safety gate is a two-core shielded cable with the cross-sectional area of the core wire > 0.5m and the allowable distributed capacitance of the cable.
